The new site has been re-organized for 2010 and note that all the previous content has been reviewed and updated. Most recently in the last few weeks we have updated the sections on Shaolin Quan, Bak Mei Quan (White Eyebrow Boxing), Ba Ji Quan, Yingmen Quan, and Hung Ga Kuen. Many of our friends have tuned into our Youtube Channel and now also kindly note that our new Facebook page is now online for you to join and recieve continual updates and interaction.

Some new areas have been added to help your journey such as the Cultural Centre which covers introductory topics about China. Since we have had requests about Chinese Medicine given that many of our members are TCM practitioners that now is a new area which will gradually hold specific information including prescriptions in relation to martial arts. All articles that used to be part of each system are now accessible through a single articles and research section and this now includes both internal and external links so that articles of relevance are available through a single page, we value your contributions so please write to us here with your articles. For information about studying martial arts with us please visit the class schedule and contacts area.
Kindly note that if the link is not active for articles, it is likely restricted to members only. If you would like access contact us.
